Doppelganger
Doppelganger

Description
In the Doppelganger, you must defend the Magic Barrier, preventing monsters from advancing toward the base for a limited time. These are not just ordinary monsters, but rather the darker and more powerful side of Mu Online characters. Therefore, you must enter a deadly battle against your own doppelganger...
How to Enter?

To enter the Doppelganger, you need the Mirror of Dimensions and a party of at least 2 players, and you must go to Loren Market to talk to the NPC Rugard. Another way to enter is through the command window: if you press M and select Event Square, you will be teleported to the event map, where you can access the main Mu events and, consequently, enter the Event Square through the notification icon when the event is available.
The entire party can enter the event if only 1 character has the ticket (it is not necessary for everyone to have it). When the character with the Mirror of Dimensions enters, the whole party will automatically be moved into the event.
How to Obtain the Mirror of Dimensions?
- To obtain the Mirror of Dimensions, you must collect 5 Sign of Dimensions.
- The Sign of Dimensions is obtained by hunting monsters of level 32 or higher.
- When you collect 5 Sign of Dimensions, they will automatically create the Mirror of Dimensions.
How to Play?
Basic Battle
- A doppelganger with the appearance of the character and another doppelganger that has not yet transformed will appear.
- Monsters constantly appear, and their number increases over time.
Main Battle
- There are a total of 3 main battles, during which the monster Slaughterer will lead the doppelgangers.
- Hunting the Slaughterer will give you 3 treasure chests, and you can choose one of them.
- You must be careful—sometimes monsters hide inside the chests instead of containing items.
- The Slaughterer spawns randomly, and even if you manage to defeat it, you may not receive a treasure chest.
Intermediate Battle
- Ice Walker monsters appear in the same number as the characters who entered.
- If you do not defeat the Ice Walkers within 1 minute, the monsters that appear will become stronger.
Final Battle
- If the other parties survive the 10 minutes of defense against the monsters, there will be an extra 3 minutes of battle between the parties to decide the winner.
- You must go to the center of the map and fight your opponents (it is possible to move to the enemy zone and attack them before the final duel).
Minimap
- Shows the number of monsters that passed through the barrier and the remaining time.
- Location of the Ice Walkers.
- When the distance between the starting point and the monsters’ respawn point is the total length of the progress bar, the lower triangle indicates the character’s current position.
- Blue triangle – Your position.
- Black triangle – Position of party members.
4. A yellow bar indicates the position of the monster that is currently at the frontline. The color changes to yellow, orange, or red depending on the number of monsters that passed.
Rewards
Success
Prevent more than 3 monsters from passing through the Magic Barrier within the time limit.
If the winner is not determined within 3 minutes of the final battle, the winner will be decided as follows:
- Number of surviving party members.
- Number of monsters defeated.
- Average level of the surviving party members (the party with the lower average level wins).
When the final winner is determined, each surviving player will receive:
- 1 Jewel of Life
- Experience points
- Gens points
Additionally, the surviving party will receive the Final Reward Chest.
Reward Chests
Intermediate Reward Chest
- If you defeat all 3 bosses, you will receive a reward chest.
- This chest may contain zen, items, or, if unlucky, monsters.
Final Reward Chest
- If you complete the event, you will be rewarded with a Final Reward Chest.
- This chest may contain zen or items.
